Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of cyberdynelabs.org, the ADAM interface at /adam-chat, the PhysarumChain testnet at /chain, and the other applications and downloads on this site (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

Short version. This is an experimental research service, provided as-is. ADAM's outputs can be wrong — don't rely on them for anything important. Don't abuse or attack the infrastructure. We can suspend accounts for abuse. We're not liable for damages arising from use.

1. Research / beta status

The Service is early-stage research infrastructure. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. ADAM is a cognitive-engine prototype, not a finished product and not AGI; PhysarumChain is a testnet/prototype, not a production mainnet. Availability is best-effort with no uptime guarantee.

2. No professional advice; output disclaimer

ADAM and other components can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading output. Nothing generated by the Service is legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. You are responsible for how you use any output. The PhysarumChain testnet carries no real-world monetary value.

3. Accounts

Provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if it's compromised.
One account per person unless we agree otherwise. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
You can delete your account at any time from settings.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Attack, probe, overload, or attempt to breach the Service or its infrastructure (including the RPC endpoint, APIs, or admin routes).
Circumvent rate limits, quotas, or access controls, or use automation to abuse the free tier.
Use the Service for anything unlawful, or to generate content that infringes others' rights.
Scrape credentials, exfiltrate other users' data, or misrepresent your identity.

We run automated abuse detection and may rate-limit or ban sources that trip it.

5. Intellectual property & licensing

Published code, artifacts, and documentation are released under the licenses stated on the downloads page (e.g. MIT for code, Apache 2.0 for certain artifacts, CC-BY-SA 4.0 for docs and reports). Those licenses govern reuse of that material. Site branding and unreleased material remain ours.

You keep ownership of the inputs you submit. You grant us a limited license to process them to operate and improve the Service, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

6. Paid tiers

Paid plans are not yet publicly open. If and when they launch, additional commercial terms will apply and will be presented before any charge.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CyberdyneLabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for data loss, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
