CyberdyneLabs fact sheet.
Everything you need to write about CyberdyneLabs accurately. Plain-language claims with source links. Hi-res logos. Direct media contact. If a number on this page doesn't reconcile with something else we publish — please email and we'll fix the inconsistency that day.
One-paragraph summary.
CyberdyneLabs is an independent AI infrastructure lab building sovereign cognitive systems. Its core asset is ADAM, a local C++ cognitive engine being engineered toward proto-AGI through measurable loops: world model, memory, reasoning paths, action, verification, self-correction, and learning. The lab also builds PhysarumChain, a C++20 blockchain prototype for signed and independently verified machine knowledge; FrankensteLLM / GIGACHAD_NATIVE, a multi-organ model runtime with verifiers and DAG evidence; Surgery, a measured model-operation lab; and native C++/CUDA runtime proofs such as v4_native (DeepSeek V4-Flash research runtime).
Headline numbers.
Verifiable claims with sources.
Every claim we make on the site is backed by a dated report file in /r/. Primary source for any number is the report file.
- "ADAM ARC-AGI-3 self-evaluation: 26.71% / 73 of 183 levels / 1 393 actions, 2026-07-03." Non-official scorecard; not a Kaggle submission and not a leaderboard rank claim. Used as an engineering gate for world-model, action, and memory loops. → /arc-agi-3 · /r/ARC_AGI_3_SELF_EVAL_REPORT
- "PhysarumChain measured ~266 confirmed TPS single-thread with Ed25519." ~51K tx/s parallel verify. Testnet/prototype on commodity hardware — mainnet would need parallel Ed25519 hardening, sharded mempool, consensus hardening, TLS/Noise, WAN test, and external audit. → /physarum · testnet code
- "Physarium-7B Q4 production speed: 83.58 tok/s on RTX 3060 Ti." Via the llama.cpp clean-room CUDA backend. This is the production local-runtime number — not the v4_native research number, not the Q4 resident ChatML number. Each speed is labelled by runtime path. → /r/CURRENT_TRUTH_LEDGER
- "v4_native (DeepSeek V4-Flash) runs 284 B / 13 B active on 8 GB GPU end-to-end." Research runtime ~12 s/token after a 3.1× speed-up; correct Paris top-1 output with logit margin 11.13. Not a chat-serving product. → /r/V4_FLASH_TECH_BRIEF
- "No data centres. No cloud API. No external compute rental for ADAM." Single RTX 3060 Ti, on-prem, single C++ binary. → /adam architecture section
Things you can verify yourself.
If you want to fact-check us without taking our word for it, here's what's directly verifiable:
- Talk to ADAM live. 3 free questions per account per day (Observer tier), free registration. → /adam-chat
- Inspect the ARC-AGI-3 self-evaluation report. Methodology, action traces, success/failure breakdown. → /arc-agi-3
- Send a transaction on PhysarumChain testnet. Live explorer + wallet + DEX. Testnet — not financial product. → /chain · faucet seed published on the page
- Watch the 4D agent ecology in real time. 1 024 agents on a tessaract grid; research visualization. → /hypercolony-app
- Read the dated research reports. Every claim on the site links to one of these. → /r/ report index · /downloads bundle
What we do not claim.
To save you the awkward fact-check phone call:
- ADAM is not AGI. It is being engineered toward proto-AGI loops. The general intelligence question is open.
- ADAM is not ASI. No recursive self-improvement claim. We build it; we add components; we measure.
- The ARC-AGI-3 result is not a Kaggle leaderboard / rank claim. It is a self-evaluation scorecard used as an engineering gate.
- "Hallucination impossible" is not claimed for ADAM or for any other component.
- PhysarumChain is not production-ready. Testnet/prototype. See mainnet gates above.
- v4_native is not GPT-level chat serving. It is a research runtime proof; ~12 s/token after speed-up.
- We make no safety / alignment claims about ADAM beyond what the architecture demonstrably is. The engine is open to inspection.

Short (one sentence)
CyberdyneLabs is an independent AI infrastructure lab building sovereign cognitive systems — ADAM, a local C++ cognitive engine being engineered toward AGI; PhysarumChain, a testnet verification rail for signed machine knowledge; and native C++/CUDA model and runtime proofs.
Medium (two sentences)
CyberdyneLabs is an independent AI infrastructure lab building sovereign cognitive systems. Its core asset is ADAM, a local C++ cognitive engine being engineered toward proto-AGI through measurable loops — world model, memory, reasoning, action, verification, and self-correction — supported by PhysarumChain (verification rail), FrankensteLLM/GIGACHAD_NATIVE (multi-organ runtime), Surgery (model-operation lab), and v4_native (frontier-scale runtime proof).
Long (paragraph)
CyberdyneLabs is an independent AI infrastructure lab building sovereign cognitive systems. Its core asset is ADAM, a local C++ cognitive engine being engineered toward proto-AGI through measurable loops: world model, memory, reasoning paths, action, verification, self-correction, and learning from outcomes. The lab also builds PhysarumChain, a C++20 testnet/prototype for signed and independently verified machine knowledge with a public Knowledge Tree; FrankensteLLM / GIGACHAD_NATIVE, a multi-organ model runtime with verifiers, DAG evidence, and reinforcement feedback; Surgery, an evidence-gated process for modifying and accepting or rejecting model organs; and v4_native, a frontier-scale DeepSeek V4-Flash C++/CUDA research runtime proof. ADAM has been used on ARC-AGI-3 environments as a behavioural gate; the published 26.71% / 73-of-183 scorecard (2026-07-03) is a non-official self-evaluation, not a Kaggle leaderboard rank claim. The lab publishes its methods, dated reports, and reverts in full at cyberdynelabs.org.
